Frequently asked questions

What age is it for?+

It suits children roughly 1–6 years old. The seat adjusts 2–8cm (stepless) and the handlebars adjust too, so it grows with your child.

Does it have pedals?+

No — and that’s the point. Balance bikes teach steering and balance first; kids then move straight to a pedal bike, usually skipping training wheels.

Do the tyres need pumping?+

Never. The thick foam tyres are puncture-free and shock-absorbing — no flats, no pump.

Is it hard to assemble?+

No — it arrives almost ready to ride, just attach and adjust the handlebars and seat.

Which colour should I choose?+

All four are the same bike — pick your child’s favourite and select the colour above.

Is it in stock and how fast is delivery?+

Yes — dispatched from Australia with FREE express shipping, fully tracked, typically 2–5 business days to metro areas.

What about warranty and returns?+

Backed by a 2-year warranty and our 30-day returns policy (free on faulty items).
