You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in the same condition as received
✅ With all original tags attached
✅ In its original packaging
✅ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be authorised before sending anything back. To initiate a return, please:
Contact our Returns Team at 📧 returns@gifts-australia.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
Wait for approval and instructions. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) along with a shipping label if eligible.
Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of your parcel.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorisation email.
Important notes:
Items sent back without a valid Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee and return shipping fee may apply.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing returns@gifts-australia.com.au. Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personal care and beauty products
Custom or personalised products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise posting the refund.
