Return & Refund Policy

At Gifts Hub Australia, we strive to provide our customers with a transparent, fair, and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we want to ensure that you’re fully informed about our policies for returns and refunds. Please take a moment to review this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return or requesting a refund.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which begins from the date of receiving your item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within this 30-day period for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • ✅ The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • ✅ All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached to the item.
  • ✅ The item is returned in its original packaging, with any accompanying manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • ✅ You have the receipt or proof of purchase to verify your transaction.

Please note that items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. If the item is returned without the original packaging or with missing components, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return

All returns must be authorised before sending any item back to us. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Returns Team: Send an email to 📧 returns@gifts-australia.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting photographs if the item is damaged or faulty.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions and a return shipping label. Please note, a return will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorisation Number.
  3. Prepare your item for return: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Ensure that the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel to avoid delays in processing.
  4. Ship the item: Send the item back to us using the return address provided in your return authorisation email. You may be responsible for the return shipping fee, depending on the circumstances of the return.

Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without a valid Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
  • For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee and return shipping fee may apply. These fees will be discussed with you on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return approval. Failure to return the item within this period may result in the return request being voided.

Important Reminder: Please do not send any items back to this address without prior approval and a valid Return Authorisation Number. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but in the unlikely event that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect item. Here's how to proceed:

  • Send an email to 📧 returns@gifts-australia.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We will review your request and provide further instructions. If your return is accepted, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please ensure that you send clear images showing the damage or defect, as well as the packaging, to expedite the process. We will do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to clarify any questions you may have.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the refund process.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you immediately and provide the reason for the rejection. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
