How long is delivery, really?

Five weeks door-to-door. Each pendant is made individually after you order — roughly four weeks of crafting, then a tracked delivery week. We email tracking the day it ships.

My ceilings are high — can I get a longer cable?

Yes, free. The standard drop is 150 cm; reply to your order confirmation with the length you need and we’ll build it to suit.

Do I need an electrician?

Yes — like every hard-wired ceiling light in Australia, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. It wires in like any standard pendant, so it’s a quick job.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it — free on faulty items, no return shipping.

Can I get a custom colour?

Yes — beyond White and Brown, custom finishes are available on request. Email us before ordering and we’ll confirm options and timing.
