Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer free returns for most items. However, please note that for returns without any fault or due to a change of mind, we may charge a restocking fee and return shipping fee for some items.
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned for various reasons. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that returns for On Sale items and gift cards are not accepted.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
